Details of production:
Harvest is carried out by machine at night to preserve freshness and aromas. This rosé is the result of direct pressing and stabilisation on the fine lees. Fermentation is temperature-controlled. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a low temperature. Ageing is carried out in stainless steel vats.
Elegant, bright and subtle rosé with a very pale rose petal hue. shows a fresh and fruity aromatic character with aromas of strawberry, grapefruit, citrus and peach. fresh, well-balanced and smooth. This rosé is fresh and full on the palate.
How to serve:
Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or paired with all summer-time dishes (white meat, platter of “charcuterie”, salads, melon, Asian dishes, grills, etc.). Also great for pizza evenings, as well as pasta. Serving temperature: 10-12°C.
